Air Lagon pioneered hang-gliding in La Réunion in 1984. The company offers taster sessions (private take-off from an altitude of 1 600 m) as well as training sessions at all levels across all the sites on the island, in particular Le Maïdo. In 2008, the Ministry for Tourism awarded Air Lagon Parapente a bronze medal for the quality of its services.
